Rand Havens is a hands-on manager of accounting services, subject matter expert in accounting shared services, and an analyst in the global outsourcing market. Since receiving his BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and MBA in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington, Rand has spent his entire career in various finance related settings. Beginning in the early 2000’s he began working in outsourced settings with one of the largest multinational organizations, assisting customers with streamlining their accounting functions. Rand continued his success by creating a greenfield shared service center for a Tier-1 automotive manufacturer in the Fortune 250. Since 2012 Rand has worked in various CFO consulting roles for both startups and well-established companies within the Dallas area. Over the years he has written various white papers for the business process outsourcing market. Currently, Rand is responsible for overseeing the financial health and direction of Open Look.
