Every customer is assigned a single Customer Relations Specialists (CRS) assisting every step of the way, from project launch to completion. Our Customer Relation Specialists are committed to ensuring no detail goes overlooked and customer needs are met.

Each of our employees are directly hired and full-time employees of Open Look. Employment with Open Look begins with Scenario Based Training conducted by our Corporate Training Team specific to the business needs prior to going live. Our proven process was created in order to provide consistent results throughout the organization and business functions.
